Ninety-nine percent of the time, people who get a face or neck tattoo are tough as nails. Sort of like a 24-7 "Do Not Fuck With Me" sign. And it's one thing to watch a grown man cry on, say, Intervention but when it's because you're being asked to pet a cuddly little puppy... well. I actually feel really sorry for the dude. Never going to live this one down. Hope he's feeling better now.
