"A Desert Life" Will Make You Re-Think Yours (Video)

People who have experienced a near-death experience often describe a rapid re-organization of their priorities. Perhaps, as a climber, Alf Randell has had an unusual amount of them, because he has distilled his life down to its purest essence. Instead of being chained to a desk in the city, paying it to the man, Randell has chosen a tiny, self-sufficient trailer in the desert. This means he is able to dedicate his life to doing what he truly loves: climbing the sun-soaked sandstone cliffs of Indian Creek, Utah. A Desert Life  is an eight-minute documentary by Austin Siadak, who spent some time with Randell last November. Extraordinary.
