Single of the Week: Idle Warship "Rat Race" (Stream)

My pick for Single of the Week is "Rat Race" by Idle Warship.  Idle Warship is a musical duo composed of legendary Brooklyn MC Talib Kweli and Philadelphia singer Res.  Res has been featured on all of Talib's albums since the early 2000's.  They just released their debut album, "Habits of the Heart" in November of 2011 under Blacksmith Records.  This album blends soul, hip-hop and electronica all into one that allows you to venture out and give you a sound of something new.  Although this duo arose from studio experimentation, they made a name for themselves in 2009 with the release of their mixtape Party Robot and have carried on with that through the release of their album.
