Single of the Week: J Boog ft. Richie Spice: "Got To Be Strong" (Video)

My pick this week for single of the week is, 'Got To Be Strong' by J Boog ft. Richie Spice

I chose this single for multiple reasons, mainly on the fact the J Boog continues to put out great music time and time again.  I have been a listener of J Boog for a few years now and I think his music continues to progress with each release.  This song features one of my favorite Jamaican Artists, Richie Spice.  This song creates a great blend between West Coast / Island music with the powerful root reggae side to it.  The singer of Samoan decent was born in Long Beach and raised in Compton, CA.  Growning up on the rough streets of Compton, the strong sense of tradition and culture that J Boog absorbed from his family was instrumental in his path to stay off the streets and begin a successful music carreer.
